Baby Back Ribs $10 per lb. Delicious, juicy and meaty, these ribs are a must for any rib lover. Spare Ribs $9 per lb. Perfect for the grill, these meaty ribs will be the hit of any party. Fresh Sausage $7 per lb. Our most versatile sausage, our fresh sausage comes in bun length links, breakfast links and caseless. Leaf Lard $4 per lb. Excellent for baking, but can be used as a substitute for any grease or oil application. We use it if we run out of bacon fat to cook our eggs! Delicious! Pork Roll $6 per lb. We don't use any nitrates or nitrites, so it's sweeter than any other pork roll you've had, but much tastier! Ground Pork $6 per lb. Excellent substitute for ground beef, can be used any way you can imagine! Offal $4 per lb. Organ meat. We carry heart, liver, kidneys, tongue, tails. Great for making dog food. Ears $3 each Many of our customers bake them and give them to their pups!

Country Bacon $10 per lb. Shoulder meat cut and smoked like bacon. Perfect for steak, egg and cheese sandwiches or chop it up and put it on a roll for a delicious alternative to a beef cheese steak! YUM! Bacon $9 per lb. Our bacon is delicious! A must have staple. It's nitrate, nitrite and preservative free!! YUM!! Jowl Bacon $16 per lb. This
comes from the cheek of the hog and is fattier than belly bacon, but so
deliciously rich and decadent, it's a must have for fancy appetizers or
to give any bacon dish a little something extra. Hams $10 per lb. Smoked hams are a favorite for holidays! Or cook ahead of and use as lunch mean for lunch and quick dinners during the week. Ham Steaks $10 per lb. Delicious for breakfast or dinner, you can't do wrong with a ham slice. Chipped Ham $10 per lb. Delicious alternative to processed and nitrate filled lunch meat.
